Rescheduling Your Bookings

As a professional, you can’t reschedule the job on your own via the Partner or Employee App. You can’t reschedule any Job on behalf of the Customer. Once Ready to Move in, the rescheduling option is not available.

If you want to make any change on job time or schedule date, please call/message the customer to request them if they are ready to change the time or date or to make sure the rescheduling works for them. If customers agree to set appointments at different times, tell them to reschedule the job on that specific time and date.

Whenever a job is rescheduled by the Customer, we send a Push Notification Message to the Partner notifying the change.

How to reschedule an Order booking?

  1. Click on the “ORDER RECEIVED” button on the Application Footer page.
  2. Select “Order” you want to reschedule .
  3. Click on to “Reschedule Order” form order page.
  4. Choose a new date and time.
  5. Hit the “Confirm” button.

If you do not see the reschedule option, it means the job cannot be rescheduled by you. If you are compelled to cancel a booking, please confirm the cancellation (Remove Job from your Schedule) as soon as possible, so that MySquard can assign another professional to complete the work.
