No Contact Services Provided by MySquard

Owing to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are introducing No Contact Services so that the safety of our professionals and customers is maintained. The service is specially created for indoor installations that make entering the customer’s home essential. 

As a part of No Contact Service, a Service Professional should expect the following things:

Before the booking:

  • Confirm the receipt of protective equipment from MySquard.
  • Do not forget to bring cleaning essentials and EPA-registered disinfectants to the customer’s home.
  • Wear a safety mask and gloves; wash hands thoroughly for 20 seconds, and use hand sanitizer whenever possible.

At the start of the booking:

  • Get in touch with the customer to avail entry instructions.
  • Enter the apartment and access the room where the item(s) will be assembled or installed

During the booking:

  • Disinfect surfaces before you touch them.
  • Use your phone to communicate with the customer, if necessary.
  • You and the customer should be in separate rooms at all times.
  • Use EPA-registered disinfectants to clean the surfaces after you’ve touched. Be mindful and do not cause any damage to the belongings of the customer.
  • We recommend you leave some additional cleaning materials for the customer to use.

After the service:

Step outside of the customer’s home and ask them to review the work.

Take a look at a few CDC-recommended practices essential for reducing the spread of illness and ensuring overall health:

  1. Wash your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs.
  2. Use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content.
  3. Avoid touching your face.  
  4. Disinfect high-traffic areas and frequently-touched objects.
  5. Wear a PPE kit when necessary.
  6. Maintain social distancing.
