Late Cancellation Fee
3 years agoWe charge a late cancellation fee to keep the customer’s trust and ensure the reputation of MySquard. If you cancel a claimed job within 48 hours of the start time, you will have to pay late cancellation fees. The fees may vary depending on your geographical location. | Fees name | Fee Amount |
Late cancellation fee | If you cancel before 48 hours of the start of the job, there’s no fee to remove a job. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours until the job starts, there’s a $10 fee. If you cancel between 4 and 24 hours until the job starts, there is a $20 fee. If there are under 4 hours until the job starts, there’s a $40 fee. If you do not arrive at a job, there’s a $50 fee. |
| Missed job fee | If you fail to arrive at a job, there’s a $50/ fee. |
| Late arrival fee | If you arrive late to a job without letting the customer know, either through calling, or texting the customer, you’ll be charged a $15 late arrival fee. |
| Early departure fee | If you leave a job early, you’ll be charged an early departure fee of $15. |
