An Update on COVID-19

At MySquard, we believe in the health and safety of all the people that are associated with us. With the rising number of COVID-19 cases in America, please follow healthy habits and practice general social distancing measures as recommended by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

  • Wash your hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds.
  • Use a hand sanitizer with 60%+ alcohol content.
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
  • Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and high traffic areas.

While working with MySquard, please follow the guidelines mentioned below:

  • Maintain a 6-foot person-to-person distance while being on the job;
  • Stay home if you are unwell;
  • Cover your face with an elbow when you cough and sneeze;
  • Avoid handshaking or hugging;
  • Take extra caution when in contact with the elderly population, and those with pre-existing medical conditions;
  • Avoid close contact with people who are sick;
  • Avoid unnecessary contact with items and people in the home;
  • Use appropriate cleaning supplies for a booking to avoid any damage to the customer’s property;
  • Bring EPA-approved cleaning supplies to disinfect surfaces and objects before and after you touch them;
  • Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face coverings, masks, hand sanitizer, and gloves when you are unable to maintain social distance.
  • Perform a self-temperature check upon arrival before the start of every job to ensure you don’t not have fever ( recommended temperature should be below 100.4F)

Note: In New York State, an executive order requires all persons to wear face coverings when they are not able to socially distance themselves. Also, essential workers should wear face coverings when in direct contact with customers or members of the public.

Please remove yourself from all upcoming bookings if:

  • You have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
  • You feel sick on the day of a scheduled booking.
  • You are in a mandatory quarantine or are self-quarantined.
  • You do not feel safe traveling due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

If you cancel a booking due to the above guidelines and receive a cancellation fee, please contact our customer support team to rectify the issue.

  1. When can I see the Job Details?

You will see the job details as soon as the customer’s booking is completed, you will get the notification with order service details, the customer’s name, address, and other information on the Order detail page.

  1. When should I Contact my Customer?

Get in touch with the customers a few hours before the booking begins. You may use this time to ask for directions, provide updates, or even introduce yourself, it is always essential to maintain communication with the customers.

If you cannot get in touch with the customer, wait for at least 30 minutes before you leave. If they have not contacted you even after 30 minutes, feel free to go. Do not worry about the payment. You will earn the full amount for the booking.
