Partner Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a claimed job very close to the scheduled date and time, you may be subject to late cancellation fees. It is because last-minute cancellations can affect the MySquard brand and the trust of our customers.

The late cancellation fees vary from market to market.

The United States & Canada

1. If you cancel before 48 hours of the start of the job, there’s no fee to remove a job.
2. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours until the job starts, there’s a $10 fee.
3. If you cancel between 4 and 24 hours until the job starts, there is a $20 fee.
4. If there are under 4 hours until the job starts, there’s a $40 fee.
5. If you do not arrive at a job, there’s a $50 fee.
