Report a safety Emergency

At MySquard, we work hard to ensure the safety of our customers and service professionals. If you ever face a situation that raises danger, please leave the customer’s premises immediately. Contact the local emergency services to address your urgent needs. 

Once you are out of danger, please provide us with a detailed report of the uncomfortable situation. It will help us in protecting you better. Please remember your safety is of utmost importance to us, and we do not want you to be in an unsafe situation. 

For report Please go to the Profile page at the bottom click on Profile > Report a Safety Emergency. Please use this page to report a serious incident or accident only. For order-related queries, please use our chat support.

Whenever you face an unsafe condition, please let us know so that we can waive any fees or charges associated with the non-completion of the job.
