The protection and safety of our service professionals are a top priority for MySquard. 

If you feel unsafe or uncomfortable, please remove yourself from the situation and contact the local police if necessary. 

Once you are safe, please report the incident to MySquard Support Team so that we can take necessary action and block/remove the customer from the platform. 

If you are allergic to a customer’s pet or there is something else that is making you uncomfortable, leave the premises as soon as possible and contact the MySquard team once you are safe. Use the form below or go to Profile and Report a Safety Emergency.

Do not worry about cancellation fees or job non-completion charges. We will waive them because your safety is of utmost importance to us. If your fees are not waived automatically, please reach out to us immediately.
