I need to Cancel or Reschedule

If you want to cancel a job before 48 hours, you can remove the job easily, and without any fees. However, cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled job will include a late cancellation fee.

If you need to remove a job from your schedule, tap into Ongoing Leads choose Order you won’t cancel, and from the order detail page tap on the cancel order button.

Note: As a service professional, you can not reschedule a job on behalf of the customer.
