Do not worry about getting into your customer’s homes. Check the information on the Job Details page. If it is unavailable or confusing, please contact the customer.

If you are unable to get in touch with them immediately, please wait for 30 minutes after the booking starts. Do not leave the premises immediately and try contacting them a few more times. You can try the doorbell again.

If the customer doesn’t get in touch with you within 30 minutes, you’ll earn the Minimum payment ( $250 ) for the booking, up to three hours. if you order below $250 you get full payment. Please do not forget to alert us about the issues by submitting a form.
