The Customer wants to Cancel or Reschedule.

If a customer wants to cancel or reschedule, he/she will have to do it through the app. When a customer contacts you to cancel or reschedule their job, politely let them know that they will have to make the change on their own.

If the job is still available in your profile, visit the job premises. According to the MySquard policy, if a customer cancels at the last minute, you will receive full payment for a job, up to three hours.
