Something broke during the Job

If you broke something in the customer’s house, please alert him/her immediately. You can communicate via a phone call or a text. If the customer is available in the home, you can show them the damage. Additionally, please ask the customer to fill out a Claim through the MySquard Help Center, available on the app as well as the website.
