I am unable to contact my Customer.

If you are unable to contact the customer with all the means of communication available to you, please check that you are receiving service on your phone.

If you still cannot reach out to the customer, visit the job premises, and follow the entry instructions available on the Job Details page. If you are unable to access the home, wait for half an hour. You can leave the premises if the customer does not contact you even after 30 minutes. 

Please report the situation and check out at the location. Please mention that you have waited for 30 minutes so that you will be able to receive the full amount of the service up to $250 and such payment shall be credited to the Service Provider’s account, and the Customer will not be eligible for a refund.
