Will I be paid if the customer cancels?

It may happen that a customer will cancel at short notice or even fail to arrive at the booking venue. Do not worry about such circumstances. 

  1. If you have arrived at the job on time but are unable to enter the home, please contact the customer. If you are unable to contact them via phone call or text, please wait for 30 minutes. If they still don’t arrive or contact you, feel free to leave. You will receive payment for the job (as long as you report it to the MySquard Customer Support team).
  2. If the customer cancels with less than half an hour of the scheduled start time, we will notify you via the app and pay you full for the job ( Minimum $250 ).
  3. If the customer cancels within 12 hours to thirty minutes of the scheduled start time, we will pay you $15. 
  4. If the customer cancels more than 12 hours beforehand, there is no payment.
