Damaged or Lost Item

In the event that the client’s property has been damaged or lost. The first step is to notify them immediately and advise them to file a claim through the MySquard app. 

You may be required to cover the full or partial cost of the claim. In order to avoid false or inflated claims please gather your own evidence by taking pictures and/or videos then uploading them to the portal.

If you believe there is a mistake and you disagree with a claim entirely or partially, please contact
