I have not received my Batch Payment

If you have completed your scheduled jobs and still unable to get any payments, do not worry. We will help you out.

  1. Please check the payment details in the Payments Section of your Pro app.
  2. Batch payments include completed jobs from Monday through Sunday. It is usually available after a week is completed. It should reach your bank account the following Monday.
  3. If you want to change your banking information, please click here.
  4. If you are looking to know when to expect your payment, Go to setting >Account Setting > Choose Payment > Payment History.

    You can view all Your payment History and Payout Pending and Paid Status form here .

Take a look at the different Statuses of Batch Payments.

  1. Paid – The bank has accepted the payment. The payment amount may not reflect in your bank account. It may take the end of the day or the next working day to see a change in your account.
  2. In Transit – Our payment processor has requested the transfer to your account. As soon as your bank confirms it, we will make the transaction.
  3. In Review – We are in the process of collecting your batch payment information. We will send it to your bank shortly.
  4. Failed – There was an error. Please visit your Accounts section and learn more about the problem.
