The job time seems wrong

If the start time displayed for a job in the looks wrong, or for some reason doesn’t match the time sent in the text message reminder, double-check the time zone settings on your phone. This could be causing the app to get confused.

If you’re still unsure, it doesn’t hurt to text your customer and ask them to confirm the start time of the job.
