Cancellation, Rescheduling, or Customer No Show Fee

We know schedules can change quickly, but unfortunately, skipping, rescheduling, or cancelling a booking with fewer than 24 hours until the start time can cause your professional to lose valuable work.

Therefore, making a change to a booking between 24 and two hours until the start time results in a $25 fee. Rescheduling or canceling a booking less than two hours in advance causes the full price of the booking to be charged. You can view our full cancellation policy here.

“Customer No-Show” charge happens when a professional arrives at your home, but they’re unable to gain entry using your instructions, and are unable to contact you. If the pro is unable to complete the booking they end up losing valuable work and spending time and money on transportation.
