We charge customers with dormant accounts that have a positive credit balance, a monthly processing fee up to $10, until the account is reactivated or the credit balance has reached zero. We consider an account dormant when the customer has not created or completed any booking in the previous 6 months.  We only charge dormant account service charges where permitted, under applicable law.

An account can be reactivated when you create or complete a new booking.
