What if a customer asks me to bring a Ladder?

If the customer has asked you to bring a ladder, make sure you arrive at the premises with it. There will be an additional payment for your troubles. However, please mention it to the MySquard Support Team so that we can make the payments accurately.

Please note that our insurance policy does not cover injuries caused due to ladders.
