Unable to submit my ID Verification

If you are facing a problem while submitting your ID for verification, it can be due to any of the following reasons:

• The copy of the ID is not very clear. 
• The lighting is odd, or the camera angle is unusual. 
• You need to use an approved ID such as your passport, driver’s license, government-issued ID, etc. 
• Do not use school IDs or government-benefits cards.
