Your professional will come equipped with the basic tools they will need to get the job done, along with basic supplies like nails, screws, and glues. For larger materials (like drywall or the fixtures being installed) or replacement parts, you should arrange with your Pro whether you will provide them or if you would like your Pro to purchase them on your behalf. If your Pro purchases the materials, you can reimburse them directly or add the cost to your final MySquard invoice by following the steps below. Please feel free to take photos of the job prior to its start, and communicate with your Pro ahead of time to determine any non-basic material needs.

If your pro purchases materials for your booking you can reimburse them directly or follow the below instructions:

  1. When purchasing materials, your Pro will text you the total cost. If you agree to the cost, you MUST confirm this over text / in the app chat before your Pro can purchase the materials.
  2. Once the Pro submits their receipt of purchase, our Customer Experience Team will update your payment for the job to include the cost of the materials and MySquard will send that payment on to the Pro.
