Your performance rating reflects customer feedback and your overall service quality on the platform. Checking your rating regularly helps you track your progress and improve your service.
How to Check Your Performance Rating?
- 1. Open the MySquard mobile app
- 2. Log in to your MySquard account with your phone or email ID using otp.
- 3. Click on “Partner Details” and check reviews
- 4. You can reply on reviews from the web partner dashboard
Here, you can see: your overall rating is based on customer reviews.

- Key performance metrics affecting your rating.

- A higher rating increases trust and visibility.

Helps you identify areas for improvement based on customer feedback.
You can find your current rating by tapping the More tab in your app and selecting Ratings & Feedback.
