Whats The Cancellation Policy

As a service partner:
you have the flexibility to manage your bookings efficiently. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please review the following guidelines:

Canceling a Booking:
If you must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, notify the customer as soon as possible. Frequent cancellations may impact your account performance and customer trust.

Rescheduling a Booking:
If you cannot complete a booking at the scheduled time, you can request a reschedule through the platform. Ensure you coordinate with the customer to agree on a new date and time.
You can reschedule the booking anytime with no charges before “Ready to Move”.

  1. Log into your “My Squard” account
  2. Go to Bookings
  3. Click on Add Booking from the booking section
  4. Select Duration and Date Time.
  5. Add Employee and Assign. (For Business Partner)
  6. Click on Book to save Reschedule booking.

Important Notes:
Always communicate with the customer before making changes.
Check the platform’s cancellation policy to understand any potential penalties.
Repeated cancellations or rescheduling without valid reasons may affect your service ratings.

Booking Cancellation Charges:

Scenario 1: Auto Cancel (Not accept within 30 minutes)
When the partner won’t accept a booking, it will cancel automatically.

Scenario 2: 48 hours or more
When the partner cancels a booking before 48 hours or more there will be no charges.

Scenario 3: 24 hours or 48 hours
If the partner cancels a booking within 48 or 24 hours, a $10 fee will apply.

Scenario 4: 4 hours to 24 hours
If the partner cancels a booking within 4 or 24 hours, a $20 fee will apply.

Scenario 5: Under 4 hours
If the partner cancels a booking within 4 hours, a $40 fee will apply.
