The service location doesn’t match where I booked

If the service location shown in the app is different from the address where the customer requested the service, follow these steps:

✅ Verify the Booking Address

  • Double-check the address in the Booking Details section.
  • Confirm with the customer that the address entered is correct.

📞 Contact the Customer

  • Reach out to the customer to confirm the correct service location.
  • If the address needs to be updated, ask the customer to contact support to modify the booking.

⚠️ If the Address is Too Far

  • If the corrected location is outside your service area or significantly different, inform the customer that they may need to rebook or contact support for assistance.
