The service location doesn’t match where I booked
If the service location shown in the app is different from the address where the customer requested the service, follow these steps:
✅ Verify the Booking Address
- Double-check the address in the Booking Details section.
- Confirm with the customer that the address entered is correct.
📞 Contact the Customer
- Reach out to the customer to confirm the correct service location.
- If the address needs to be updated, ask the customer to contact support to modify the booking.
⚠️ If the Address is Too Far
- If the corrected location is outside your service area or significantly different, inform the customer that they may need to rebook or contact support for assistance.
🛠️ Report Incorrect Location
- If the error persists after confirmation, report the issue to MySquard Support for resolution.
