What is a Pro Premium Account?
The Pro Premium Account helps service professionals in getting additional benefits such as:
- Get visibility of 3 extra days of jobs in the Claims tab.
- You can set notifications for jobs that open for the same or the next day.
- Addition of a premium badge to your profile.
- Opportunity to add a bio to your profile.
Who is eligible for a Pro Premium Account?
You will be able to activate your Pro Premium Account once you meet the following requirements:
- Get visibility of 3 extra days of jobs in the Claims tab.
- You can set notifications for jobs that open for the same or the next day.
How do I enroll in Pro Premium?
Getting enrolled in the Pro Premium Account is easy. Go to the ‘More’ tab of your MySquard Works Pro app. Access ‘Manage Pro Premium’ to activate or deactivate the Pro Premium Account.
What are the Charges?
Once you activate Pro Premium, we will charge an $8 per week access fee. It is applicable after you complete your first job of that week (Monday to Sunday). It means we do not charge you for the weeks you do not get work.
At the end of each week, your account will be automatically re-enrolled into Pro Premium for the next week. If you want to avoid the re-enrollment process, you must deactivate your account.
If you deactivate the account in the middle of the week, you will continue to receive the benefits until the end of your current pay week.
