How do payments and fees work?
Understanding how payments and fees work on the MySquard platform ensures smooth and transparent transactions. Here’s a breakdown:
✅ Earnings and Payouts
- You earn money for each completed service.
- Payments are processed after the job is marked complete.
- Payouts are typically transferred to your linked bank account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.

- For faster access to your earnings, you may choose the Instant Payout option for a small fee.
💳 Platform Fees:
- At the moment, MySquard does not charge any Platform Fees; Where in the future, when platform fees apply, it will be reflected in your invoices.
Expenses and reimbursements are not subject to this fee. You’ll see this fee as a separate item on your receipt once the task is complete.
📅 Payment Schedule
- Payouts are usually processed weekly, but you can check your payment history in the Earnings section of the app.
- You will receive a detailed breakdown of your earnings and any applicable fees.

- If you experience payment delays or discrepancies:
- 1. Verify that your bank details are correctly entered in the app.
- 2. Ensure that the job is marked as complete in the app.
