- If the customer cancels before you accept the job, no payment is made since the service was not confirmed.
✅ Cancellation After You Accept the Job
- If the customer cancels after you have accepted the job but before you arrive, you may receive a partial payment as compensation for your time and commitment.
✅ Cancellation After You Arrive at the Location
- If the customer cancels after you’ve arrived or once the job has started, you will typically receive a cancellation fee or partial payment based on the MySquard platform’s policy.
