Dispute a Fee

If you believe a fee has been applied incorrectly or have concerns about a charge, you can dispute it by following these steps:

When to Dispute a Fee:

  1. Incorrect platform fee or service charge.
  2. Duplicate charges or unexpected deductions.
  3. A fee was applied for a canceled booking where the terms were followed.

How to Dispute a Fee:

  1. Open the MySquard Partner App.
  2. Log in with email or phone by using OTP.
  3. Go to the completed job, select the booking.
  4. Contact the support team via chat
  5. Submit any supporting documents or screenshots, if available.

What Happens Next?

  1. Our support team will review your dispute.
  2. You will receive a response within 2-3 business days.
  3. If the dispute is approved, adjustments will be made to your account.
