Dispute a Fee
If you believe a fee has been applied incorrectly or have concerns about a charge, you can dispute it by following these steps:
When to Dispute a Fee:
- Incorrect platform fee or service charge.
- Duplicate charges or unexpected deductions.
- A fee was applied for a canceled booking where the terms were followed.
How to Dispute a Fee:
- Open the MySquard Partner App.
- Log in with email or phone by using OTP.
- Go to the completed job, select the booking.
- Contact the support team via chat
- Submit any supporting documents or screenshots, if available.
What Happens Next?
- Our support team will review your dispute.
- You will receive a response within 2-3 business days.
- If the dispute is approved, adjustments will be made to your account.
