If you are an individual who wants to enlist on the MySquard Works platform, we will require the following information:
A. Basic personal information such as your full name, phone number, email address, etc.
B. Experience: Your work experience and references, if any.
C. Your Social Security Number (SSN) to conduct a background check.
We may also require you to upload a copy of your IDs such as a passport, driver’s license, government-issued ID; (not school IDs or government benefit cards).
If you are an agency who wants to enlist on the platform, we may require additional documents such as the Business Registration document of IRS and Business License.
You will have to provide documentation related to your Legal Business Structure. For example,
- Sole Proprietorship
- General Partnership
- Limited Partnership
- Corporation
- Limited Liability Company.
