You’ll be able to access the MySquard Services for Pros app after you’ve applied to be a professional. At that point, you’ll receive an email with instructions to download the app. While you’ll be able to log in at this point, you won’t be able to claim jobs until your screening and ID verification have cleared and you’ve been activated on the platform. If you continue to have issues, please delete the app and reinstall it.
