We are Sorry to hear that your smartphone is out of commission! 

A working smartphone is required to use the MySquard Services platform as a professional, so until you have a new device, you won’t be able to access the platform or complete jobs.

If you have claimed jobs that you’ll be unable to fulfill, please feel free to contact us. 

As your phone is lost or damage, please email us at partners@mysquard.com 

Once you have a new device, just revisit the directions on downloading the MySquard Services for Pros app (iOS or Android), and you’ll be good to go!
