Your contributions to the MySquard platform have been truly valued, and we appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into delivering great service. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know—we’d love to help!
However, if you’ve decided to leave, we’re here to assist you with a smooth account deactivation process.
Steps to Deactivate Your Account:
- Open the MySquard partner app
- Log in with email or phone by using OTP
- Under settings, click on “Delete Account.”
- Select the reason and click on “Delete my account.”
1️⃣ Review Pending Bookings & Payments
- ✅ Ensure all ongoing bookings are completed or canceled.
- ✅ Check your account for any outstanding payments or pending earnings.
2️⃣ . Request Account Deactivation
- 📌 Contact MySquard Support through the app or website.
- 📌 Provide your registered email address and, if possible, a reason for leaving (optional but appreciated).
3️⃣ Confirmation & Processing
- 🔹 Our team will review your request and confirm the deactivation.
- 🔹 You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully closed.
Important Notes
- ⚠️ Once deactivated, you will no longer be able to log in or access your account.
- 💰 Any pending earnings will be processed before account closure.
- 🔄 If you change your mind later, you may need to reapply to join the platform again.
