Improving Your Service & Customer Feedback
While customers are prompted to rate you based on their evaluation of your entire service, they’re also allowed to indicate specifically what you need to do better.
So, if the platform starts to notice a trend, you’ll be alerted to the specific area you need to get better at.
You can view any specific feedback you’ve received by tapping the More tab in the MySquard Services for Pros app and selecting Ratings & Feedback.
If you’re already rated highly, well, great job! Just keep doing what you’re doing.
