I’m running late
If you’re running late for a scheduled booking, we recommend contacting the customer as soon as possible to maintain trust and professionalism.
What to Do If You’re Late:
Notify the Customer and follow the steps below:
- Open the MySquard Partner App.
- Select the current booking.
- Tap “Message” or “Call” to inform the customer about your delay.
Important Note:
- Frequent delays may affect your rating and impact future bookings. Always aim to arrive on time or notify the customer promptly if delays occur.
