If you’re running late for a scheduled booking, we recommend contacting the customer as soon as possible to maintain trust and professionalism.

What to Do If You’re Late:

Notify the Customer and follow the steps below:

  • Open the MySquard Partner App.
  • Select the current booking.
  • Tap “Message” or “Call” to inform the customer about your delay.

Important Note:

  • Frequent delays may affect your rating and impact future bookings. Always aim to arrive on time or notify the customer promptly if delays occur.
