I’m Lost – Need Help Finding the Service Location
If you’ve lost or are having trouble finding the service location, follow these steps to get back on track:
📍 1. Double-check the Address
- Open the MySquard Partner App and go to the current booking details.
- Verify the exact address provided by the customer.
🗺️ 2. Use Map Navigation
- Tap on the Map/Navigation icon in the app to launch Google Maps, Apple Maps, or another preferred navigation tool.
- Make sure your location services are enabled for accurate directions.
📞 3. Contact the Customer
- If you’re still unsure, use the Call or Message option to contact the customer directly for detailed directions or landmarks.
- Politely ask for any nearby landmarks to assist with navigation.
🕑 4. Recheck Traffic and Route
- If there’s unexpected traffic or road closures, try an alternative route suggested by the navigation app.
❗ 5. Still Unable to locate it?
- If you’re unable to locate the address after following these steps, inform the customer and reach out to MySquard Support for further assistance.
- ✅ Tip: Always start navigation a few minutes before the scheduled service time to account for unexpected delays.
