I was paid the wrong amount

  • Open the MySquard Partner App.
  • Log in with your email or mobile by using OTP.
  • Go to the Payments, then Payment History.
  • Select the booking that you wish to check payment details for

🔍 2. Check for Possible Deductions

  • Confirm if extra platform fees or charges were applied.
  • Review any additional time or service modifications that may have affected the payment.

📞 3. Report the Issue

  • If the payment still appears incorrect:
  • Go to the Help section in the mobile app and connect with a support team
  • Attach relevant screenshots if available for faster resolution.

  • Our support team will review your request and provide an update within 24-48 hours. You’ll be notified once the issue is resolved.
