I was paid the wrong amount
We are sorry to hear that you were paid incorrectly for a completed job. Please follow these steps to resolve the issue:

- Open the MySquard Partner App.
- Log in with your email or mobile by using OTP.
- Go to the Payments, then Payment History.
- Select the booking that you wish to check payment details for
🔍 2. Check for Possible Deductions
- Confirm if extra platform fees or charges were applied.
- Review any additional time or service modifications that may have affected the payment.
📞 3. Report the Issue
- If the payment still appears incorrect:
- Go to the Help section in the mobile app and connect with a support team
- Attach relevant screenshots if available for faster resolution.
⏱️ 4. Wait for Confirmation
- Our support team will review your request and provide an update within 24-48 hours. You’ll be notified once the issue is resolved.
