I need to Reschedule

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule a booking, first, you have to communicate with the customer, and if they agree, proceed further.
Rescheduling rules may vary based on the service type and timing.

How to Reschedule a Booking?

  • 1. Open the MySquad App
  • 2. Log in with email or phone by using OTP.
  • 3. Once you accept the booking, select the booking you want to reschedule.
  • 4. Click on “Add Booking”, select duration and date time, and Add employee and reschedule booking.

Important notes:

  • 1. If the customer does not agree to the reschedule, please contact the support team
  • 2. Once you swipe  “Ready to Move,” you won’t be able to reschedule the booking.
