How do I update the arrival time?

Updating your arrival time helps keep customers informed and improves their overall experience. If you’re running late or arriving earlier than expected, you can easily update your arrival time through the MySquard Partner app.

* Steps to Update Arrival Time *

  • 1. Open the MySquard Partner App.
  • 2. Go to Accepted Booking
  • 3. Select the booking you want to update the time
  • 4. Tap on “Add Booking” under “Ready to Move”
  • 5. Reschedule the booking time and date.

If you tap “Ready to Move”, you won’t be able to update anything.

Choose your new estimated arrival time from the available options.
Confirm the update to notify the customer.
