Every job on MySquard Services has an estimated duration. But that duration is just an estimate.  If you complete the job early, you will be paid the full amount for the job, and you are not required to stay for the estimated duration.
If the job takes longer than the estimated duration, you can negotiate with the customer for additional time or leave when the estimated time has elapsed and be paid the amount listed for the job, even if the job is not complete.
