- 2. Go to the “All Jobs” select In progress booking
- 3. Connect with the support team via chat.
- 4. Describe the details and wait for the approval
- 5. On the job, take approval or put a job on hold.
3. Does the customer need to approve the time extension?
- Yes, the customer will receive a notification requesting their approval. Once they accept the request, the service time will be updated automatically.

- Absolutely! Any approved extension will be added to your total service time, and you’ll be compensated accordingly.
