Disputing a Rating
The Customers can rate services from 5 to 1 star scale after each completed job. These ratings determine your overall score, and it will be either a high or low rating, which is displayed on your professional profile for future customer bookings.
Please follow below steps to view Rating:
- Login to your MySquard account.
- Go to settings
- Clicks on partner details
- Click on “Reviews”
You can view the rating in detail and can give reply from the MySquard partner web dashboard as well.





We understand that mistakes happen, and some ratings may be unfair. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Services support team if you believe you received an incorrect or unjust rating. We will investigate the issue and inform you if the rating can be removed.
