When you cancel a booking

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a booking, ensure you review the cancellation policy before proceeding. Cancellation rules may vary based on the service type and timing.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations made within a specific time frame may incur charges
  • If you face issues completing a booking, consider rescheduling instead of canceling.
  • Always try to communicate with the customer before canceling.

How to Cancel a Booking?

Please follow steps below.

  1. Open MySquard partner mobile app.
  2. Login with email or phone number by using OTP.
  3. Click on “All Jobs”- select the booking you want to cancel.
  4. Click on the “Cancel a booking” button to cancel.
