When you cancel a booking

- Cancellations made within a specific time frame may incur charges
- If you face issues completing a booking, consider rescheduling instead of canceling.
- Always try to communicate with the customer before canceling.
How to Cancel a Booking?
Please follow steps below.
- Open MySquard partner mobile app.
- Login with email or phone number by using OTP.
- Click on “All Jobs”- select the booking you want to cancel.
- Click on the “Cancel a booking” button to cancel.
