Can I bring someone with me to a job?
For safety, security, and professionalism, MySquard does not allow partners to bring additional people, including family members, friends, or assistants, to job locations.
Why This Policy Is Important:
- Customer Trust: Customers expect only the assigned professional to arrive.
- Safety Compliance: Additional individuals may not be covered under liability or insurance policies.
- Professional Standards: Ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for customers.
Exceptions and Special Cases:
- If a job requires additional assistance or an extra hand, contact MySquard Support before accepting the job to discuss possible solutions.
- Bringing someone without prior approval may result in account suspension or other penalties.

- You can chat with your customers within 24 hours of the booking start time through the MySquard Services for Pros app. Phone numbers are also available if you’d like to speak to your customers over the phone to get this confirmation.
- Once you receive permission from your customer, you may bring an assistant to the booking, so long as they have also been screened and approved by the MySquard Services platform.
- One of the key reasons MySquard Services can offer pros a steady supply of customers is that customers know that MySquard Services has approved each pro who uses the platform through a screening process and identity verification.
