If you notice your rating start to slip, that means you’ve probably had a lot of negative reviews in a row. Get back on the right track by double-checking that you’re living up to customers’ expectations, and those five star reviews will start up again!
Note that your overall rating is only based on the average of your customers’ ratings over the past 28 days. It is not a lifetime average.
