Through the MySquard Services Pro Initiative with our partner Gig Worker Advocates (GWA), Pros on MySquard Services Platform completing cleaning jobs in Florida, Indiana, and Kentucky have access to the following programs and a platform to share thoughts on improvement opportunities.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
Pros working in the above states on cleaning jobs are eligible for PTO payments through a prepaid debit card. Pros will receive $1.50 per hour in base contributions. If 50 or more hours are completed in a month, pros will receive a one-time bonus of $50.

The prepaid debit card will be mailed to your home following the completion of your first MySquard Services cleaning job in the above states. Ensure your address is up to date so you can receive your debit card. Once you receive the debit card, follow the included activation instructions. Funds will be loaded on a monthly basis, along with an email summary, during the first week of each month for the previous month.

If you withdraw from an ATM, a $2 fee will be assessed but no fees are charged for in-store cash back. If an account has a balance and has been inactive for 13 months, a monthly inactivity fee of $6.95 will be charged directly against the balance.

Occupational Accident Insurance
Pros may be eligible to receive coverage for on-the-job injuries, associated medical costs, and lost wages if the insurance company is notified within 20 days of the loss on a cleaning booking in Florida, Indiana, or Kentucky. To file a claim, notify the insurance company here and you can contact MySquard Support (partner@mysquard.com) for any required assistance. All claims are handled by a 3rd party insurance company and will not impact a pro’s status on the MySquard Services platform.
