As often as your heart desires! Jobs are constantly being added to the platform, so the more often you check, the more likely you are to find jobs in your preferred locations at your preferred times. The other pros out there are checking, too, and jobs are quickly claimed.

If you don’t see anything in the Claim tab, it means there aren’t any available jobs at that moment. We recommend waiting a little bit before checking again. Something will pop up soon!
