How do ratings work?

After each job, MySquard Services prompts your customer to give you a rating on a scale from one to five stars. These ratings help to determine your pay tier (in some markets) and your status on the platform. Get a lot of five star ratings, and your tier will increase. Lots of poor ratings? You’ll put yourself at risk of deactivation.

Customers are also able to tag specific areas of improvement, and if the platform detects that you’ve been consistently underperforming on, say, floors, we’ll alert you that you might want to improve that element of your service.

If you’re in a city with payment tiers, please remember that your rating is calculated based on the past 28 days and not your lifetime completed jobs.
