You can easily find information about the service professional assigned to your booking by following these steps:

How to Find Your Service Partner Details:

  1. Log in to your MySquard account on the mobile app or website.
  2. On the homepage you can search and select services you wish to add
  3. You can check pro’s details like (Pro’s name, Profile picture, and Rating and reviews)
        • Once the pro accept you request for the service you can view pro’s profile picture and name.

        What If No Service Partner Is Assigned Yet?

        • If your service partner hasn’t been assigned yet, you’ll receive a notification as soon as they are matched with your booking.
        • Once assigned, you can communicate with your pro regarding any job details, preferences, or questions.
