What if Materials Need to Be Purchased?
If your Pro needs to purchase materials for your booking, you can reimburse them directly or follow these steps:
- Your Pro will text you the total cost of the required materials.
- You must confirm the purchase over text or in the app chat before the Pro proceeds.
- Once the Pro purchases the materials, they will submit the receipt for verification.
- MySquard Support Team will update your payment to include the cost of the materials.
- MySquard will then process the payment and send it to the Pro.
