Update your phone, email, or address

Keeping your contact details up to date ensures smooth communication and a seamless booking experience. You can easily update your information at any time by following these steps:

How to Update Your Phone Number or Email:

  1. Log in to your MySquard account via the app or website.
  2. Go to the “My Profile” section.
  3. Click “View Activity” for mobile app and for the Web app click on the ” Manage Account” to update your phone number or email address.
  4. Enter your new details and save the changes.

Tip: You can also connect your MySquard account with Facebook, and your profile picture will be automatically synced!

How to Update Your Address:

  • If you need to update your address for a before booking a service, please do the following:
    1. Login in to your “My Squard” account.
    2. Select services and add into cart “View cart”
    3. By selecting “Service at” option you can add new address or select another address from the saved address.
  • If you want to set or update your default address for future bookings, you can do so while making your next booking.
